Every new patient is invited to join in a weekly discussion on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The forum is in English and in Spanish on alternating Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 7:30.
Body Composition Testing
Most fad diets get people to lose weight by losing muscle mass. We teach our patients that weight doesn’t matter. Muscle matters. Bone mass matters. We arm our patients with tools to improve these numbers without taking away the things they love. We find that we make ample progress by adding good habits without restricing “Bad” ones.

We are not nutritionists. We do not diagnose diseases and prescribe vitamins and certain foods to combat that disease. We advocate nutritional choices that prevent 90% of diseases from ever occurring in the first place.
